I'm super excited to share the launch of the new Imogene Froward Fabrics over @ Spoonflower.com. Five new designs are now available by the yard in a variety of fabric bases including upholstery weight twill and their new silk crepe de chine. Featured above from left to right is Alice: A Wonderland inspired pattern, Tilda: A great modern look for home decor accents, and Catalina: A bright and cheery floral perfect for when you need a pop of color. Conceived by Jim Hoehnle and Chris Bentzen in 2004, Hot One Inch Action is the original, one-night only show of button art, music and social interaction in Vancouver, BC. The original work of fifty different artists is presented on one inch buttons. These one inch buttons are displayed on the gallery wall and the audience is offered the opportunity to buy randomly selected buttons in mixed bags of five for $5. If the bag purchased does not have the desired button, trade with the people around you. How bad do you want that button?! That’s when the hot action starts.
I'll be showing work @ the Seattle show this Saturday, October 9th. The show starts at 8 pm @ Ouch My Eye in SoDo. So if you're looking for some action on a Saturday night come on down to the show.
